2017 January Girl of the Month
LAYNA BAKER
Layna Baker is the 14 year old daughter of Layne & Brandi Baker. She has been competing for several years, as well as focusing on her volunteerism. She recently attended the Miss LA-USA pageant as a Fantasy Camp participant and received the Miss Congeniality award voted on by her peers AND due to her recognition, she was able to present the Miss Teen LA and Miss LA-USA state congeniality awards! She has worked for 1.5 years being an ambassador for Families Helping Families of GBR, as well as various other charities and organizations. Now she holds the Teen Miss City of Central as well as IJM Miss Louisiana Jr Teen. Layna competed at the International Jr Miss competition this summer.
2017 February Girl of the Month
HANNAH ZEAGLER
Hannah Zeagler is from of Jena, LA. She is the reigning IJM Miss LA Princess and will compete at International Jr Miss this summer. She works very hard within her community volunteering wherever she can. She also very active in 4-H, sharp shooting, pageants, collecting spoons, and loves animals!
2017 May Girl of the Month
KATE EGAN
Kate Egan is super active in her school and has made such an impact that she was awarded a school spirit award for her enthusiasm and energy! She's an event planner in Student Council, plays Powder Puff, and even planned a fashion show for girls with special needs as their modeling coach. She is also dedicated to her personal platform: "Every 15 Minutes." Over the summer she represented Colorado at the USA National Miss pageant in July!

ASHLEE HOWE
Ashlee Howee is from Aransas Pass, TX. You can call her "Tree" - everyone does! Tree was the first umbilical cord blood transfusion and an advocate for KI. When she gets free time she enjoys playing with her pet lemurs, listening to Frank Sinatra, loves skating and surfing. She is also very involved with her local food bank, Camp Hope, Salvation Army, and showing appreciation to her local police officers.
2017 June Girl of the Month
DESI TEMPLET
Desi Templet is a pretty determined young lady! She has a super caring heart and a hysterical personality! Over the summer she represented the Pelican State at USA National Miss in Boca Raton. Because of her many hours of service, she earned herself a Presidential Volunteer Service Pin. Her heart belongs to helping the children at St. Jude’s.
2017 July Girl of the Month
CHLOE HOWE
Chloe Howe is the Texas state champion in twirling! She is active for service men and women with PTSD and very active within her community. She loves skating, has pet lemurs, and even has the uncanny talent of talking to fish! Last year this young lady won her first national title and this year was no different! She is the new Young American Miss International Pre-teen!
2017 August Girl of the Month
GABRIELA GONZALES
Gabriela Gonzales is a lively 10 year old from Colorado. She is an amazing lacrosse player and also a salsa dancer. She even placed at an International Salsa competition and became the first female salsa dancer to win an international award from the state of Colorado. She is also super involved in her community and loves working with the Special Olympics’. In July, she competed at the International Jr Miss Pageant in Nashville and earned herself 1st runner up in the princess division, along with a talent award!

KEIRSTEN SAUCEDA
Keirsten Sauceda is a very active young lady from Blanco, Texas. She is very involved with community service, such as Cardboard Kids, Flip Flops to Nigeria, Sock-tober, and SO MUCH MORE! She is so very kind and super funny and yes, she does leave a little sparkle everywhere she goes! In July she presented Texas in the America’s US Miss pageant in Orlando and now she is the new America’s US Miss Tween!
2017 October Girl of the Month
HAYDEN JOHNSON
Hayden is a sassy, spunky, and sweet young lady from Louisiana! She loves helping other children and even organized a backpack fundraiser for the children in Texas affected by Hurricane Harvey! She loves modeling and acting and over the summer she represented LA at the USA National Miss pageant – earning herself a top 15 placement, among a Top Model award, casual wear award, and photogenic! She is the reigning UNM Miss LA Princess!
