Victoria comes to us from California where she has been active in pageants for years having held numerous titles, including within the Miss America Organization. Having recently crowned her successor as Miss City of Orange, Victoria will continue her journey for Miss California since there was an age extension win the MAO. Victoria is a dedicated volunteer and was awarded 2022 Woman of the Year, Youth Success Leader of the Year, and recognized by the United States House of Representatives and the Senate. Victoria will receive a Gold Presidential Volunteer Service award and nearly able to earn her Lifetime Volunteer status.

Sophie Cruze
Sophie has been part of TCM for seven years now having built quite an accomplished resume of accolades! Most recently, Sophie launched her new platform focus, "The Ripple Effect," which teaches people about the positive effects simple acts of service can have on others. Sophie has volunteered over 1,000 hours and earned a few Gold Presidential Volunteer Service awards. In April, Sophie competed at the 11th annual Outstanding American Miss National pageant where she claimed the National Modeling Queen's Title along with the 2023 National Outstanding American Miss Teen title! In June 2023, Sophie also competed at the inaugural International Miss finals in Denver where she took home 1RU Gold Goddess (optional competition) and Top 3 finalist with a 2RU finish in the teen division.
Vanessa Parra is 18 years old from Nebraska where she will finish up cosmetology school in the fall. With hopes of being a traveling makeup artist, she already glams women up for all the special occasions from prom, weddings, galas and more! Vanessa has reached over 3,000 teens in her home state with her initiative "Speak Your Truth" where she educates both boys & girls on dating violence. In June, Vanessa competed in the inaugural International Miss pageant in Denver where she claimed the 2023 International Miss Teen title along with OVERALL SR DIVISION RUNWAY award, 1RU Sr division Casual Wear, 3RU Gold Goddess. AND won Best Interview and Best Evening Gown specialty awards!

Vanessa Parra
Mila Smyth
Mila is the 9-year-old daughter of Joseph and Diana from Texas! She joined TCM in 2022 and since then has flourished in her pageant journey. Her platform is "Kindness Rocks" and she hides them all over her community for others to find, hoping to bring smiles to people's faces. In 2023, Mila won Forever Beautiful National Mini Miss, along with Best Intro. She also placed Top 5, 4RU at South Texas National American Miss out of 60+ delegates. In July, Mila represented the LoneStar State at USA Ambassador in Orlando. This was her first national competition and Mila came home as People's Choice PLUS Top 5, 4RU placement! Congratulations, Mila!
2023 August Girl of the Month
Dayann "Pinkie" Pineda
Pinkie is the 13-year-old daughter of TCM mom, Patti. Pinkie loves playing the violin, Lyra circus training, and one day wants to be a chef and fashion designer in Paris! Over the summer, Pinkie competed at OK National American Miss and came home as Top 5, 2RU overall in the Preteen division. Her personal platform is #FEED - Food, Educate, Encouragement, and Dreams. She often volunteers with her mom, Patti, to feed the community and help however she can.

Ramsey Anzick
Ramsey Anzick is the 15-year-old daughter of Robert & Stacy from Texas! This year was a busy one as Ramsey held two Texas state titles: South TX NAM Jr Teen and Texas IUM Jr Teen. Earlier this year, Ramsey won the Forever Beautiful National Teen Miss title then over the summer, Ramsey competed at International United Miss and placed top 10 in the Jr Teen. She also traveled throughout Texas to promote her personal platform: Take 5 for Mental Health. She is also a dance officer and volunteers with NCL & Samaritian Purse.
